Dog Days

We have had a busy morning this morning. Playing at the park, visiting Pa's house, making the rounds. Lauren and Tucker were filthy when we got home. There's no better way than jumping through the sprinkler to cool off and wash off in the middle of summer.

Crib for Sale

Yes, Tucker spent the night last night in his Big Boy Bed. I had bought a new comforter set for his room and all of a sudden, it was like..."hey, there's a bed in here!" The first night he did not want to sleep there, but he was gung ho last night. Tucker did well, staying in bed all night long!!
This, however, is how he is currently napping. I'm thinking he got off on purpose, as opposed to falling off. Hey, as long as he is sleeping, I'm cool with it. I can't believe he is this grown up!!

More from the Zoo

Tucker wasn't too sure about the carousel at first...

Who Knew?

Yes, that is me and Lauren on a CAMEL!! At HER request!! Lauren is not exactly the Horse Whisperer, if you follow me. She has never ever met a dog she liked, and most of the time is jumpy with perfectly nice cats. So, imagine my surprise when she said, "no, really, I WANT to ride on the camel." When it came time to get on, I think I was more nervous than she. Best spent $11 in quite a while.

Weekend at Nanny's

Lauren got to spend Thursday and Friday nights at her Nanny's house in Mississippi. Tucker and I went over on Saturday and spent the day and night before coming back to T-town. They have such a great time there. Nanny has a big backyard that they get to run around in, splashing in the water and basically just running until they are worn out.

Tucker, Andy and I spent Friday the Fourth at the O'Neals, playing in the pool and eating way too much food. It was a good weekend.
