Today I am so thankful for being able to provide adequate nutrition for my baby. We had Merritt weighed today and she weighed in at 12 pounds, 12 (and a half) ounces!! She is six weeks old today, and over the past few days has gotten even cuter and a little more tuned in to the world around her, and it is wonderful to have validation that, yes, she is growing like she should!
Breastfeeding is not a subject I take lightly. I think it is a hot topic, and I could be absolutely tired of it tomorrow, but I know that it is a precious time that I won't get back. Would love to elaborate further, but my nursling is calling...
