(L)Only Child

Tucker is enjoying the perks and pitfalls of being an only child tonight. Lauren's school is out this week, so Nanny and Granddaddy came over and picked her up for a few days of spoiling in MS. Tucker sobbed as she was leaving, wanting to "get in Nanny's car..." But he quickly perked up as we got inside, watched some Dora, and took a bubble bath.

Now, ahhhh....the house is quiet. I will be missing the hubub in the morning and tomorrow evening, but it sure is nice to have a few minutes of peace. Tucker and I will venture to Columbus Wednesday evening to retrieve Lauren and to get some turkey before heading back to T-Town for our festivities on Thanksgiving evening. Hopefully, more to post this week!
